If you use these links, you leave the Website. WTC does not endorse, approve or make any representations about them, or any material found there, or any results that may be obtained from using them, and WTC will not have any liability in connection with any of them. If you decide to access any of the third party websites or resources linked to the Website, you do so entirely at your own risk, and you are advised to check the terms and conditions of use and privacy policy of such linked websites and resources before using such websites.

• any equipment or network or software owned or used by any third party.

UPLOADING MATERIAL TO THE WEBSITE
Whenever you make use of a feature that allows you to transmit, post and/or upload material to the Website, or to make contact with other users of the Website, you must comply with the Contribution Standards set out below. You warrant that any such contribution does and will comply with those Contribution Standards, and you indemnify WTC for any breach of that warranty.

INTERACTIVE SERVICES
WTC may from time to time provide or facilitate interactive services on the Website, including without limitation:
• User Frequently Asked Question Boards
• User Chat Forums
• Interactive Video Blogs – E.g. Podcasts
• Interactive Weblogs – E.g. Twitter
• Interactive Webinars
• Social Network Forums – E.g. Myspace/Facebook/Bebo
• Online Video sites – E.g. Youtube
(collectively known as “Interactive Services”)
WTC will use reasonable endeavours to assess any possible risks for users (and in particular, for children) from third parties when they use any Interactive Service provided on the Website, and WTC will decide in each case whether it is appropriate to use moderation of the relevant service (including without limitation what kind of moderation to use) in the light of those risks. However, WTC is under no obligation to oversee, monitor or moderate any Interactive Services WTC provides on the Website and WTC expressly excludes its liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of any Interactive Services, whether the Interactive Services are moderated or not.
The use of any Interactive Services by a minor is subject to the consent of their parent or guardian. WTC advises parents who permit their children to use an Interactive Service that it is important that they communicate with their children about their safety online as moderation is not foolproof. Minors who are using any Interactive Service should be made aware of the potential risks to them.
Where WTC does moderate an Interactive Service, WTC will normally provide you with information about the moderator and a means of contacting the moderator, should a concern or difficulty arise.
